Biography
Cindy is a speaker, educator, and community connector. Originally from Mexico, she spent half of her life on the West Coast and currently lives in the Midwest.
She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Butler University and a Master’s of Public Affairs from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
She currently serves as Director of Latino Affairs and works as a member of a cross-campus leadership team focused on the design and implementation of Latino outreach activities, transition and retention services, and educational programs in an effort to enhance the university’s diverse enrollment efforts and help empower all students to achieve success.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family at local parks and museums. She also has the privilege of leading bible studies with her church family.
